Brisbane shadow diagram requirements are set by the Brisbane City Plan 2014 in combination with the Queensland State Planning Policy (SPP). Unlike NSW (which uses the ADG) or VIC (which uses ResCode), Brisbane's controls are zone-specific and must be confirmed against the applicable neighbourhood plan and the development code for the relevant zone.
